This two-bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor of a renewed building with elevator in the square of Restauradores. It’s a fully air-conditioned apartment with one ensuite bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with twin beds that can be made into a double bed upon request. It has a second bathroom in the hall that serves this bedroom. The living room is wide and has a fully equipped kitchenette and a long counter where you can enjoy your meals. There is a comfortable sofa bed that is big enough for two extra guests to sleep in, two armchairs and small benches underneath the windows that have a view of the Square. The TV has international channels and you also have wi-fi throughout the apartment.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- On bookings made after May 6th, 2020 with a check-out date on or before March 31st, 2021*, guests may cancel up to 10 days before arrival and receive a full refund minus a $75 credit card processing fee. *Blackout dates: Stays taking place between December 20th and January 3rd do not qualify for 10-day cancellation.
