This 4BR/3.5BA duplex is located in the quiet Bear Creek neighborhood, just a 4-minute drive from the slopes. After a day of adventure, hang out together in the great room with mountain views and a fireplace, or unwind in the private hot tub.
This modern and polished home has all the charm you’d expect of a mountain lodge. A wraparound interior balcony offers access to the guest bedrooms and overlooks the open-concept living and dining area below.
LIVING AREA
Relax in front of the fireplace on the sofa and love seat, and cue up a movie on the flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and microwave. The nearby pantry contains a crockpot and other essentials. Brew morning coffee and enjoy at the breakfast bar with seating for three.
When dinner is ready, gather at the expandable table that seats 10. (The table is set for eight, and two extra chairs are available.)
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, Samsung flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and access to the deck area. The en-suite master bathroom contains a large jetted tub, double vanity, and a walk-in shower with frosted door.
Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and Samsung TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. In the third bedroom, find a TV and two sets of twin-over-twin bunks. There’s room for two to catch some shut-eye in the fourth bedroom, which has a queen-size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA
Sliding doors lead from the living area to the private deck where you can enjoy a group barbecue. Grill burgers or veggies and dine alfresco at the outdoor dining set. Or take an indulgent soak in the private hot tub.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars (one in the driveway and two in the garage). Please note that parking RVs, campers, or trailers at this property is prohibited per HOA rules.
THE LOCATION
This duplex is a short drive (5 minutes) from the popular Steamboat Ski Resort where you can chase powder in the winter and ride horses or float skyward in a hot air balloon during the warmer months. When all that adventure leaves you with an appetite, you’ll have plenty of restaurants to choose from at the base, including Truffle Pig and Slopeside Grill.
Visit Howelsen Ice Arena (a 10-minute drive away) to try the ice bumper cars, or stop by Fish Creek Falls and Yampa River Botanic Park, both within 20 minutes, for a scenic walk.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
