This South Lake Tahoe vacation home offers 3 bedrooms + a bonus bunk room. It has a spacious, split-level design finished in executive style with two separate living areas and a spectacular gourmet kitchen. The main living area has a gas fireplace and large TV, while the downstairs lounge is perfect for entertaining the kids.
Chefs will love the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the large kitchen. The top-floor balcony offers outdoor grilling and forest views. Not in the mood to cook? Head out to nearby restaurants and coffee shops including Frescana Méxican Bistro, Getaway Cafe, and Freel Perk Coffee.
Tahoe Paradise Golf Course, Washoe Meadows State Park, and the Truckee River are all just a short drive away. There’s plenty to see and do here. Summer months offer hiking, fishing, golf, and kayaking. Winter brings world-class skiing at Heavenly, Kirkwood, and Sierra at Tahoe, while snowmobile rides are available just a few minutes from the house. Nearby dining choices include Mexican food, burgers, and California cuisine. Holiday Market offers a full-service grocery - also located in the immediate neighborhood.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
This expansive split-level home boasts over 2,780 square feet of living space, with three bedrooms, a bunk room, and two-and-a-half baths.
Traveling with kids or teens who want their own space? There’s a second living area in addition to the main space, with a flat screen TV.
Whoever’s on cooking duty won’t find it a chore in the spectacular chef’s kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances and handsome granite countertops. There’s also an outdoor gas grill for those who prefer their meals alfresco.
The primary bedroom retreat has a plush king bed and gas fireplace, plus a massive en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom, and both have queen beds. The bonus room has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and access to a bathroom with a shower.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.
