This private and secluded home is located right on the convenient bus stop -- pick-up is at the end of the driveway.

Start a fire in the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the 50in TV. Claim your spot on the plush couch or overstuffed recliner.
Extra guests can take advantage of the queen Murphy bed located between the living room and kitchen.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen boasts black granite countertops, handsome cabinets, and full-size appliances including a gas oven with four-burner stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Pour a cup of coffee and find a seat at the breakfast table for four.
BED & BATH
Tuck in for the night in the bedroom, complete with a Premiere Cool Touch Purple Mattress and twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. It also offers a TV and French doors out to the patio.
The bathroom is detailed with dark tile, a large pedestal sink, and a unique walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Soak away in the sunken hot tub on the patio.
A BBQ grill offers an easy solution for dinner and a picnic table and bistro table for two offer alfresco dining space.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for two vehicles is provided.
A small shed houses all kinds of gear available for guest use including bikes, kayaks, life jackets, chairs, sleds, and sand toys.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Do some serious power shopping at the Tahoe Crescent V Shopping Center, only 12 minutes away on foot or 10 minutes by bus.
Get a birds’ eye view of the area on the Heavenly Mountain Resort gondola (2 minutes) and tear up the powder on the resort’s slopes. In the summer months, biking and hiking allow you to see the beautiful mountain sights.
For even more summer fun, Ski Run Marina (3 minutes) rents boats for water skiing and wakeboarding, or just cruising if you’re feeling more low-key.
Feeling lucky? Harrah’s Lake Tahoe resort and casino is only a 3-minute drive away or hop on the bus to get there in under 20 minutes.

vacation here. While enjoying your time, we would like to remind you of some
important community expectations and rules for guests staying in our
neighborhoods outside of the Tourist Core. We believe that you, your family, and
friends can have an amazing vacation while still being respectful and
considerate to the neighbors around you.
City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances
a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day,
is 2 persons. Up to 4 children aged 13 and under do not count
towards this occupancy limit.
b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited.
c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before
8am.
d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating
equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private
property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved
Surfaces. Only 2 vehicles allowed.
f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except
temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours.
g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or
recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property.
h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a
container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart
provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.
i. Trash day is every Friday. ☐ Bear box: All trash shall be stored
in the bear box and will be collected from the bear box by South
Tahoe Refuse on trash day. ☐ No bear box: Trash and recycling shall
not be brought out to the curb before 6:00am on trash day, and shall
be removed from the curb no later than 6:00pm on trash day.
Violations of any of these conditions of operation are subject to
citations and fines starting at $1,500 per violation may be issued to both occupant
and to the property owner.
