This recently remodeled 3BR/2BA home is nestled in pines and borders acres of open Forest Service land. In close proximity to three ski resorts. Quick access to sledding, snowmobiles, and the Lake Tahoe Golf Course.
The living room welcomes you with modern alpine decor. Relax on two sofas by the wood-burning stove. On snowy nights, make hot cocoa and watch a movie on the 42in TV. The open dining/kitchen area offers a great social area to cook and chat. In the kitchen, natural pinewood cabinetry contrasts with gleaming stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, dishwasher, coffee machine, and wine fridge. Enjoy meals at a four-seat wood table.
The inviting primary bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a laundry area with washer/dryer. Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom, outfitted with a queen bed, 31in TV, and private deck access. The kid-friendly third bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle and a Pack ’n Play. The rooms share a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.
