Part of an Estate Collection of properties – This Estate dates from before 1820 and was built with elegant lancet windows and arched doorways as Gothic and Norman references but above all with grace and balance. Brought into the 21st century with gorgeous, carefully detailed renovations with stunning views of Loch Lomond. Easy access to the house from the Glasgow airport, or take a train from Balloch or Tarbet Stations. We offer 9 bedrooms – 1 bedroom with an 8ft circular bed, 1 triple room, 2 double rooms with child’s day beds, 3 further double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms and 6 Bathrooms/shower rooms. All luxury linen and towels are provided with our own Estate toiletries. The snug is a comfortable room looking out to the gardens and the Loch with games, TV and a telescope to watch the stars at night. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
