The main-level living room features contemporary furniture, a TV, and a fireplace. Grab a chair on the small deck off the main living room and enjoy the latest bestseller.
The spiral staircase leads up to the sitting area with access to a balcony.
KITCHEN & DINING
Gather around the glass-top dining room table (seats six) for dinner or a fun family game night; sip coffee and read the morning paper at the kitchen bar (seats four).
The open-concept modern kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove, double oven, and a walk-in pantry.
BED & BATH
The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and big picture windows. The en-suite bath boasts a double vanity, a sunken tub with jets, tile shower, and walk-in closet.
Three of the four bedrooms are on the lower level, as well as a guest bath with tub/shower combination. Guests will appreciate the minimalist decor, bright windows, and full-size beds in the second and third bedrooms. Let the kids take over the fourth bedroom, furnished with two twin beds, a TV, and another gaming system.
A main-level half bath adds convenience.

Spend the day exploring Vikingsholm, South Lake Tahoe’s castle set on the beautiful Emerald Bay -- it’s less than a 20-minute drive from the house. Easily walk to numerous restaurants, bars, and shops in minutes.
VIOLATION/EVICTION WARNING
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM; violations will result in immediate fine! WARNING: This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/ noisy groups. VHR License #5135
