The sublime Villa Talltorta has 8 exquisite bedroom suites sleeping 16 guests. The villa and the Real Club de Golf is the perfect location for a fabulous celebration. There is a special collaboration agreement with Chalet de Golf, also within the club, so many more guests can be accommodated just 5 minutes walk away or 2 minutes in one of the villa’s golf buggies.

Villa Talltorta is located just minutes from the golf course at Real Club de Golf in the sunny Spanish valley of Cerdanya, at the foothills of the majestic Pyrenees Mountains. The club is located between Cerdanya’s capital city Puigcerda and the pretty village of Talltorta. Villa Talltorta is a haven for friends and families who are looking to escape to an idyllic and luxurious mountain retreat, just 30 minutes from Andorra and 1 hour 20 minutes from Barcelona.
Real Club de Golf features two magnificent courses, the main one with 27 holes and 4 different loops and Fontanals Club de Golf with 18 holes. Fontanals Golf Club was designed by Ramon Espinosa and featured lakes and bunkers offering a unique game experience. Javier Arana made the most of the natural setting when designing the beautiful Real Club de Golf course. You have use of the villa’s two golf buggies. Staff at the villa can book your rounds and can also hire an instructor exclusively for you during your stay should you wish.
La Cerdanya spans France and Spain and is home to towering mountains, stunning Medieval villages, gorgeous, breathtaking open valleys and excellent cuisine. The Spanish side is known as Baixa Cerdanya. Villa Talltorta is very close to some of the best Alpine and Nordic ski resorts including La Molina and Masella in Cerdanya, Grandvalira and Vallnord in Andorra and Font Romeu and Les Angles in the French Pyrenees. You can ski by day or enjoy a night skiing arranged by the villa team. La Molina has an adapted sports centre and has earned a reputation as being one of the most advanced winter centres for visitors with reduced mobility.
Cerdanya offers fantastic hiking opportunities at all times of the year. There are themed hikes such as the ‘Cami dels Bons Homes’ or Way of the Good Men and long-distance hiking paths like the GR1 as well as tougher mountain hikes. If you do not want such a challenge, then there are many short walking paths around towns such as Puigcerda and Llivia. Llivia is unique and very pretty. It offers an interesting mix of Spanish, Catalan and French culture and food with a beautiful ancient church, Medieval cobbled streets and old castle ruins set on the hill.
You can visit many beautiful old Romanesque and Gothic Churches in Cerdanya. The Esglesia de Sant Climent de Talltorta, very close to the villa and near Bolvir, has been restored to its original glory with its fantastic murals and is absolutely stunning. Ten minutes drive away is the capital city of Puigcerda. The Campanar de Puigcerda is the large tower and all that remains of the 12th-century church that stood in the square at the heart of the town. You can climb the tower to enjoy the spectacular views.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- Security deposit : €5,000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
- Arrival time : 4 pm
- Departure time : 10 am
- End of stay cleaning included? : Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
- Linen & towels included? : Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs included? : Yes, included in the rental price.
- Heating costs included? : Yes, included in the rental price.
- Internet access? : Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
- Minimum stay : 7 nights
- Changeover day : Flexible.
- Pets welcome? : Not allowed.
- Smoking Allowed? : Not permitted.
- Tax : Tourist Tax included in the rental price.
- Insurance : Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
