This fantastic house is set in the desirable village of Cap Martinet. Luxurious and quiet, this excellent corner of the island features a pristine sandy bay; Cala Roja, and an abundance of quality restaurants and bars. A happy balance is struck here, with Cap Martinet enjoying a relaxed, chilled-out atmosphere but with plenty to distract yourself if you’re after fun or adventure. Talamanca is another great beach to explore. Just a short distance down the coast, it’s family-friendly with plenty of facilities, water-sports, and of course, beach clubs and bars. You are in Ibiza, after all. You’re also within easy reach of Jesus and Ibiza Town. Jesus, the smaller of the two resorts, still offers an excellent selection of restaurants, bars and one of the prettiest and lesser-known Ibiza beaches. Playa S’Estanyol has pebbles rather than sand but is never busy, even in the summer. A wooden walkway takes you into the sea for swimming and snorkelling. Bliss. Ibiza Town’s old quarter; dating back two-thousand-five-hundred years, is a UNESCO world heritage site and its fortified walls are packed with fascinating relics, old streets and historic buildings. Shopping for high fashion couldn’t be more indulgent than at Ibiza Marina. Fashion-leading designer boutiques line the waterfront, looking out at sleek-looking yachts moored in the marina. In the evening, after visiting pre-club bars, party-goers flock to this iconic corner of Ibiza Town for world-class DJs and nightclubs. Head back to Villa Simona to make the most of your gorgeous terraced gardens at sun-rise. The outdoor music, stunning sea views and early-morning light will make the beginning of another day feel like a dream.

Things To Know


Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

House Rules

  • Security deposit : €25,000 euros paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
  • Arrival time : 4 pm
  • Departure time : 10 am
  • End of stay cleaning included? : Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
  • Linen & towels included? : Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
  • Energy costs included? : Yes, included in the rental price.
  • Internet access? : Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
  • Minimum stay : 7 nights
  • Changeover day : Flexible.
  • Pets welcome? : Not allowed.
  • Smoking Allowed? : Not permitted.
  • Tax : Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
  • Insurance : Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
  • Minimum stay : 7 nights
  • Other Ts and Cs : Included in the rental cost -
  • 16 hours per day - 2 X caretakers. One can work as night security.
  • 8 hours per day - Cleaner/Maid - the price of shopping for drinks and food is not included in the rental cost. This is an extra.
  • 8 hours - Chef de Cuisine and Chef's Assistant is included
  • 8 hours assistant/waitress per day
  • These services are available from Monday to Sunday.
  • Other Ts and Cs : Car hire and airport transfers can be organised directly with the property manager in Ibiza
