Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- Energy costs included? : All energy costs are included in the rental charge
- Departure time : Check out time is 11am or before
- Linen & towels included? : Linen, towels are included in the rental price
- Minimum stay : Minimum stay is 5 nights
- Pool heating charge? : Pools are heated in cooler weather to a maximum of 25'C
- Smoking Allowed? : Guests are requested not to smoke in the villa or any inside areas of the resort.
- Other 2 : With the exception of the period 22nd July - 28th August the villa is sold on an All Inclusive basis, this included membership to the members club at the resort. Terms apply. During this period the villas are sold on a half board basis, with an additional supplement being charged for guests who want the AI terms.
- Internet access? : Complimentary WiFi is available at the property
- Tax : Accommodation tax is 4 euro per villa per night is charged locally
- Other 3 : Payment policy: 30% non refundable deposit at the time of confirmation and balance 2 weeks prior arrival
