Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Increasing the check-out time until 13:00 involves a fee of PLN 50. Check-out after 13:00 will incur a charge for the next full day. The regular price of the car park is PLN 120 / day, but for our guests we have prepared a limited number of places at the price of PLN 60 / day. Advance booking is required, the number of places is limited. SPA & Wellness is available at an additional cost, there is a limit of people staying in the pool and saunas. Deo Residence & Spa is a completely new facility, some of its parts are still undergoing finishing works. From 9-18 (Monday-Friday) and 9-14 (Saturday) you can hear renovation teams. We hope that despite this your stay with us will be in maximum comfort. The apartment is not allowed to organize events. Quiet hours between 22-6.
