The top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (King in Master, Queen in the guest bedroom, 2 Fulls in the other guest bedroom). The master suite has a large private screened porch, sitting area, and flat-screen HDTV. The Master bath is very spacious and has a whirlpool tub, shower, and large double vanity. Wireless high-speed Internet (WIFI) service, stereo system, and flat-screen HDTVs with cable in the living room and in 3 bedrooms.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- By making a reservation I certify that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions set Forth. We will email your Reservation Confirmation/Receipt at the time of booking. Within 24 hours you will receive an email with a link to sign your Rental Agreement and Policies electronically. Your Rental Agreement is due within 3 days of making your reservation or for reservations arriving within 15 days, within 24 hours.
- Online Bookings are NOT confirmed until you have spoken with a Guest Services Representative of the company. Guest Services will call you within 24-48 hours to confirm your online reservation.
- PET-FRIENDLY RESERVATIONS: Please inform our Guest Services Representative, upon confirmation, if you are traveling with your pet(s). All pets must be noted on the Rental Agreement. Pet stays require an additional Pet Fee. The Pet Fee is $20.00 per day/per pet for the first 7 days (up to 2 adult dogs) for short-term stays up to 27 days. An additional pet deposit may be required. Cats are not allowed in any property.
- RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below. By accepting these terms and conditions and reserving online you accept to be bound by all listed. A complete listing of terms, conditions, and policies will be sent to you in the Rental Agreement and Policies document.
- All properties are No-Smoking.
- ● Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the allowed number of occupants in a property.
- ● Parking is limited to the specific number of cars listed per property.
- ● House parties, prom groups, events, receptions, and kegs are prohibited.
- ● No Campers, Boats, Trailers, or other Recreational Vehicles are allowed at any of the properties.
- ● Pets prohibited in Non-Pet Friendly properties. Please note: No pets are allowed on Tybee Island beach. Pets subject to advance approval and additional pet fee(s).
- ● Must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. For non-related traveling groups all guests must be over the age of 25 or a refundable security deposit will be required. Proof of ID may be requested at the time of reservation confirmation. The inability to meet age requirements will result in cancellation under normal cancellation policy.
