In this prime location mere minutes from Granby Ranch, you’ll be within walking distance of skiing, hiking, and biking trails, with ski storage provided in the home’s outdoor locker. Endless adventures await between Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park!
Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by exquisite mountain views, thoughtful finishes, and an open floor plan that’s perfect for gathering. At the end of an adventure-filled day, you can grab a cozy blanket and snuggle around the gas-burning fireplace, or make your way to one of two patios - one with a gas grill, a propane heater to keep you warm on crisp nights, ample seating, and a walk-in hot tub, and the other out front with gorgeous views. Use stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, and sit down to eat at the breakfast ba or the hardwood dining table.
The main-floor primary suite has a king bed and a luxurious bath with double sinks and a glass shower. Upstairs is a lofted family room with a TV, as well as two additional bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with twin bunk beds and a queen bed. On the lowermost level, you’ll find a family recreation room that makes a perfect retreat for the kiddos, offering a captain’s bunk and a twin bunk bed. You’ll also find the convenient laundry room and the two-car garage on this level.

Trailers, campers, RV’s, boats can be on property for loading and unloading during a 24-hour period. All vehicles must be parked in driveway overnight.
ATV’s, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties.
No loud outdoor noise between 10 pm to 8 am daily.
Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm.
Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted.
