This charming property accommodates 8+2 persons and showcases a modern and fresh interior capable of bringing the word home into your vacation. 5 spacious bedrooms and comfortable living areas are at your disposal. The exterior is equally generous in space as the well-kept lawn takes us to the swimming pool, leaving behind plenty of room for children to play. Once in the swimming pool, the picture-worthy scenery given by the surrounding green will bring the so desired relaxation that the vacation asks for. Being located in the middle of Sintra´s Natural Park, gives us plenty to see, such as beautiful palaces, castles and monuments, that defy the very definition of time, so that we can visit them and wonder.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- Electric heating optional: 30€ per day
- Pool/beach towel rental: 5€ per towel per stay
- Preferred changeover day: Saturday in July and August
- Minimum stay: 7 nights
- Smoking is not allowed
- Parties/events are not allowed
- Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 07:00
