Our single level 1,500 square foot residence was built in 2016 and won the People’s Choice category in the Durango Parade of Homes. The modern and exceptionally appointed residence features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located 7 blocks (10 minute walk along the Animas River Trail) from the heart of historic downtown Durango and 24 miles (25 minutes) from Purgatory ski area.
This residence has been finished with furnishings, electronics and decor at the forefront modern decor and technology. It’s a true showplace and an exceptional vision of an urban lifestyle that is commensurate with a small-town mountain setting.
This condo is also just a few minutes walk from the Durango Recreation Center, County Fairgrounds and numerous restaurants and bars. If you do not want to walk to downtown, then simply take the Trolley that runs every 20 minutes and stops right in front of the condo.

Please note the condo is upstairs one flight of stairs but is a single level condo.
This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $150.
We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
