Elviria is part of a beautiful urbanisation situated between Marbella and Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol. The village itself has a genuine heart, complete with a town hall, post office, bars, restaurants and shopping facilities.   Just 10km from Elviria is Spain’s answer to St Tropez. Marbella is a glamorous resort town in the Costa del Sol, offering up an excellent climate, beautiful beaches, natural surrounding and of course, an all-important golden mile of glitzy bars, restaurants and nightclubs filled with discerning clientele.  Situated at the foot of the Sierra Blanca Mountains, just 53km from Malaga Airport, this elegant town is popular with holiday-makers from all over the world.  While away hours sipping sangria in the vibrant Plaza de Naraj in its old town, enjoy delicious seafood at one of the fantastic restaurants on the boulevard, or stroll along to the jewel in Marbella’s crown, the stunning Puerto Banus harbour, filled with luxury yachts and surrounded by first class restaurants, exclusive boutiques and an up-market leisure centre. The town’s beaches are a fantastic spot to enjoy those sunny afternoons; lined with restaurants offering fresh sardines on the spit, an abundance of water sports facilities, calm waters and all the facilities you need to enjoy a hassle-free family holiday.  For alternative options just west of the port, the beach becomes a nudist spot. Elviria itself offers up the exclusive Nikki Beach club for champagne-filled afternoons. Being situated so near the glorious Sierra Blanca mountains, you are in the perfect place to visit many of the quants whitewashed Pueblos in the region. Or for the sporty amongst you visit one of the ten golf courses in the area. And for big and little kids alike choose from local waterparks, the Selwo Safari park, see the dolphins at Selwo Marina in Benalmádena, try your hand at wakeboarding or Waterskiing at the park in San Pedro or climb the trees at Amazonia Adventure Park in Elviria.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

  • Insurance : It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property
  • End of stay cleaning included? : Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
  • Energy costs included? : Included in the rental price
  • Smoking Allowed? : No smoking inside the villa
  • Pets welcome? : Pets are not allowed
  • Pool heating charge? : For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €300 per week. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
  • Insurance : Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
