The cosmopolitan capital city of Barcelona is bursting with charm. Well known for its architecture and art, millions of people flock to this city to revel in its delights and it is easy to see why! Villa Maritime boasts a fantastic location on the outskirts of Barcelona, just 20 km southwest of Barcelona in the town of Castelldefels. The villa is perched right on the beach front and thus a great location for those looking for a beach villa holiday whilst still being close to all the amenities. Getting into the centre of Barcelona is a relatively easy journey, taking approximately 20 minutes. By Bus: From Plaza Cataluña it takes just over an hour, the bus stop is about a 10 minute walk from the house. By Train: To Barcelona Sants it takes approximately 20 minutes. The closest station is Castelldefels Centre. The station is approximately 2km from the house, it’s easy to get a taxi from the station. Sitges is also a must-do whilst staying at the villa. It is a 15 minute train journey from Castelldefels Centre station to Sitges.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
