The property is located halfway between Ostuni and Martina Franca, surrounded by centuries-old olive and fruit trees. On the front of the house a stone paved area welcomes the swimming pool (mt 5x8) equipped with sun beds and special straw umbrellas; the outdoor kitchen with hob, barbecue and large table for outdoor dining. The ground surrounds the cones and perfectly frames them, with particular lighting of the olive trees, the atmosphere is truly magical. Internally, kitchen with peninsula and snack top, and exit into a small lounge with sofas and armchairs. Wooden table, sofa and fireplace. Two double bedrooms, one with private bathroom with shower, and two bathrooms serving the rest of the house. There is an additional double bed in an alcove and a double sofa bed, but as the trullo is an ancient structure, this bed does not enjoy the necessary privacy, which is why it is perfect for children, for example.
A stone staircase that runs along the swimming pool, leads to the sauna for maximum relaxation and to a further bathroom with large stone tub.
A stone staircase that runs along the swimming pool, leads to the third bedroom located on the basement floor with sauna for maximum relaxation and with a further bathroom with large stone tub.
The villa has private parking and automatic gate.
Being in the countryside, the last stretch of road before entering the property is not paved.
The nearest inhabited center is Ostuni which is about 8km away, also known as ’The White City’ because of its characteristic historic center which in the past was entirely painted with white lime, it is impossible not to fall in love with it.
