Nestled in the heart of the Apulian countryside, Trulli del Podere is only 3 km from one of the most famous and fascinating villages of Apulia: Polignano a Mare. This small house with a typically Mediterranean character, is situated on a small hill that allows you to enjoy the sea view. The villa is composed of a large stone lamia with an annexed trullo and a brand new structure next to the swimming pool. The main body, is equipped with a lamia entrance with kitchen equipped with every comfort, table with sea view and bathroom. Below, double bedroom with direct access to the outside. A second double bedroom with private bathroom with shower is present in the stone trullo. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
