After an afternoon at the beach, use the private washer/dryer to knock out the family’s laundry while you enjoy a nap on the main bedroom’s bed. The home’s high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. You can also research a new adventure or download an awesome playlist for a trip down to the shared hot tub and pool. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for parking passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is a $110 admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Property Manager fees. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. ** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions. NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
