The three-bedroom villa boasts a rural location while still being close to amenities which can all be found just a short car-journey away. The accommodation is all set out over one level and comprises of a spacious, modern open-plan living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, one being a double complete with en-suite bedroom and a further two twin rooms. Pano Stalos is a lovely traditional rural Greek village in West Chania, in the beautiful and always sunny island of Crete. Local amenities include two typical "tavernas"serving exquisite food, a minimarket and a kafenion. The closest beach is Kato Stalos, only 3.5 km away. Here, stunning sandy beaches scattered with lively bars, restaurants and water-sport centres will make sure all your need are catered for! The whole island is a true heaven on earth, steeped in history and mythology, with breath-taking landscapes and very friendly population.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- Smoking Allowed? : Not permitted inside the villa
- Insurance : It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
- Other Ts and Cs : One extra bed can be put in each twin bedroom allowing the maximum occupancy of each villa to be 8 people.
