About 5 km from the centre of the town of Monopoli and about 1 km from the wonderful beaches in the area, Villa Levante is part of a small residential complex nestled in the countryside behind the famous Apulian coastal dunes.
Just a few minutes’ drive away is the Capitolo area, renowned both for its sandy beaches and characteristic little restaurants overlooking the sea.
Crossing the perimeter of Villa Levante, you enter the parking area that leads directly to a modern terraced roof garden decorated with plants and trees, located on the front of the house. While at the back of the building there is a lounge and dining area, both shaded by a wooden pergola, from this area it is then possible to reach the swimming pool with paved relaxation area and outdoor showers. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
