Villa De La Riva is a large six bedroom villa set on extensive grounds in Moraira offering two separate living spaces; perfect for two families or groups of friends travelling together. Sitting adjacent to Sol Park Tennis Club and just a 20 minute walk from the main beach, there are plenty of ways to keep everyone entertained. An impressive, stylish villa it features a large pool, al fresco dining and air conditioning throughout.
In the upper floor there is a beautiful big lounge/dining area with comfortable sofas and table seating six people. The kitchen is kitted out with all the modern appliances and leads out to a separate breakfast room with fantastic views of the surrounding area.

With perfect temperatures all year long the Costa Blanca has so much on offer: safe, gorgeous beaches, spectacular coastline, upmarket dining, shopping and buckets of culture! Truly the jewel in Costa Blanca’s crown, Moraira is a fantastic choice for a family holiday, with its two main sandy beaches cleaned daily and protected by rocky outcrops making the water calm and safe for little ones. One of the main beaches is conveniently located right at the centre of town with easy parking meaning no roads have to be crossed to get from the town or marina to the sand. Quaint cobbled stone streets mingle with modern avenues flanked by palm trees; fountains abound; and there are plenty of peaceful spots to enjoy the view. You will find a great selection of restaurants in town, catering to every taste and budget and there are bars and nightclubs for those who want to keep going after the sun sets. During peak season the shops stay open late into the evening with Spanish leather, art, designer clothes and fresh local produce for sale. Another great opportunity for shopping is at the Friday market with jewellery, clothes and fresh produce on offer. Moraira offers plenty of opportunities to get active with tennis courts, golf, boating and water sports galore. Kids will love the playgrounds dotted about town and the permanent fairground provides plenty of entertainment with smaller rides for the younger ones and bumper cars for the young at heart. The surrounding mountains and vineyards make for a dramatic landscape and the town has been well planned with plenty of parking and fantastic attention to detail. Despite its increasing popularity Moraira is not overcrowded and the absence of high rise buildings means it has retained all the charm of the small fishing village it once was. Paramount Theme Park, Aqualandia, Mondumar, Font D'Algar and Verger Safari Park all make for fantastic day trips.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- Security deposit : A non-refundable charge of £7 per person will be added to your invoice. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of £250.

- Single-sex parties or parties under 25 years of age are subject to a refundable Security Deposit instead of the accidental damage waiver of £250-£750.

- End of stay cleaning included? : Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
