Nestled in the beautiful valleys leading into the heart of Moraira, Villa Conde is a perfect example for the suburban villa. Featuring space for up to 11 people, it is ideal for sharing between two families or one large family get together, with plenty of space and children’s facilities available.

Villa Conde itself is recently refurbished, creating a chic modern feel while still retaining the stylistic charm of a traditional villa. All the rooms are outfitted with new furniture, and nearly all enjoy stunning views across the local fields and valleys. There is a self-contained apartment on the ground floor with a bedroom and bathroom, a main dining and living space equipped with wifi, LCD TV, and a PlayStation. The upper level contains three air-conditioned bedrooms, including a particularly grand master bedroom with lots of extra space for hirable beds if required.

Villa Conde is located right next to a beautiful stretch of agricultural land that runs down with you towards the town; just 15 minutes walk away. It is easy to make your way into the beautiful resort town on foot, though a quick drive will prove equally pleasant if convenient. Though a resort town, Moraira takes great pride in its maintained connection to its roots as a quaint fishing village. Great care is taken to maintain a whimsical and tasteful feel to the otherwise well-equipped town that can provide easy access to all necessary commodities, and several unnecessary (but enjoyable) ones. The surrounding countryside is also breathtaking and highly accessible, with plenty of scenic walks and vineyards just waiting to be explored. Nestled between mountains and the sea, the jewel of the ever popular Costa Blanca has never the less not sold out to the tourism boom. As a result, its charming waterfronts and beaches are rarely crowded, and there is a huge range of local shops and markets along with supermarkets for more necessities, and a huge range of international cuisine if you fancy something different. Most exciting is the traditional daily morning fish market situated in the towns marina, where that morning's catch attracts eager crowds of visitors and locals. Activities for adults include art galleries, local shopping, Jet Ski hire, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition and equipment hire, tennis courts, a golf course and mountain bike hire. However, the town is also truly child-friendly. Specially designed parks are situated throughout the town along with mini-golf and funfairs. The beaches are safe, well kept and accessible from the main town through a lush series of parks that negates the need to cross any roads. If you need to travel further afield, it is also an easy drive to Gudalest, Benidorm, Calpe, Javea, Valencia, Alicante and Denia.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

  • Security deposit : Accidental Damage Waiver included in the rental price. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday up to the value of £250 per stay. An additional cash security deposit may be required due to the high value of the house's contents.
  • Single-sex parties or parties under 25 years of age are subject to a refundable Security Deposit instead of the accidental damage waiver of £250-£750.
  • End of stay cleaning included? : Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

  • Internet access? : Wi-Fi included in the rental price

  • Pool heating charge? : For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of £100 per week. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
  • Tax : Tourist tax not included in the rental price
  • Insurance : Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
  • Other Ts and Cs : A travel cot & highchair can be provided on a request basis for an additional charge of £15 per highchair and £30 per travel cot, per stay. Please bring your own cot linen.
