The Home
The villa consists of 2 levels. On the first level there is an open plan space which contains a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining table, and two separate bedrooms one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds and direct access to a spacious sea view of the villa.
On the second level you will find three spacious bedrooms one king-size bed and the other two with two singles ones each. Two of them have access to private balconies incredible view of the garden and the Ionian sea.
Each bedroom has each own private bathroom with shower and the one of them with a bathtub.
At the outdoor living of the spacious patio you will enjoy your coffee or your favorite drink with the majestic view in the background. Enjoy the sun by the pool and at the outdoor dining area, have your breakfast or dinner prepared with local products on the big bbq. Our little friends will have endless moments of fun playing...

The Neighborhood
The villa resides in the outskirts of Megaloni village, just 2.5km from the traditional village of Ano Volimes. In a distance of 3.5km, at the harbor of St. Nicholas you will find a super market for your daily groceries, atm, gas station, as well as car and boat rentals. The area offers a lot of restaurants where you will taste traditional local dishes. The distance from the harbor, the airport and the city of Zante is 30km. The location of the property is an ideal starting point for exploring the wonderful beaches of the island. Some of the closer ones are Vathi Lagadi(3km), Climati(3.5km), Kremmidi(3.5km), Makrys Gialos(4km) and the world famous Shipwreck beach(9km). In many of the island beaches you will enjoy cold drinks at cosmopolitan beach bars, do water sports or rent a boat. The island combines an intense nightlife and cosmopolitan seaside establishments with numerous natural and cosmopolitan sights. Take a walk at St. Marcus square, visit the Vetzageio folklore museum and the Venetian castle that stands above the city of Zante. Organize a daily excursion to Agathonisi(40km) which is one of the breeding locations of the turtle Caretta-Caretta, the blue caves(7km), the national marine park(35km), Keri lighthouse(40km) with the stunning view as well as many other sights waiting for you to discover them.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- On select bookings made after May 6th, 2020 with a check-out date on or before June 30, 2021*, guests may cancel up to 10 days before arrival and receive a full refund minus a $75 credit card processing fee. *Exclusion and Blackout dates apply. Stays taking place between December 20, 2020 and January 3, 2021 do not qualify for 10-day cancellation. Some individual homes may not be participating as noted in their individual Property Display Page.
