The primary bedroom features a view of the gulf from the king-size bed and features a sliding glass door that opens directly onto the balcony overlooking the horizon. While 1804 provides the comforts of home and more, one really should venture down to the sand and feel the sun and fresh air and hear the noise of the gulls and the surf. The well-equipped high-end kitchen makes a quick lunch a pleasure before venturing back down to paradise. After another session of sun and fun at the beach, Seawind provides outdoor showers to rinse off that sand before you take a dive in the pool to cool off or get a few more rays before heading up for the day. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
