This 4 bedroom plus loft, 4 bathroom townhome has been completely remodeled from the ground up! New flooring throughout every room, along with completely remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. It is located just a hop, skip and a jump to Eagle Lodge and is perfect for your large group or family looking to relax in a quiet part of town. The townhome features vaulted ceilings, a large open floorplan in the living area, wood-burning fireplace, and dining area with seating for 10. This unit includes a full kitchen with all of the appliances you would need to feel right at home. You’ll also enjoy the private jacuzzi with gorgeous mountain views!
The master bedroom features a Queen bed, attached private bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a Queen bed and attached private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each offer a Queen bed with a shared bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. The upstairs loft is perfect for kids or singles with a total of 6 twin beds (1 bunk with 2 twin beds, and 2 twin beds with twin trundle beds underneath) and a shared bathroom at the bottom of the loft stairs with a single vanity and walk-in shower. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
A spectacular group or family townhome just a short walk to Eagle Lodge! This townhome sleeps a maximum of 14 people, comes with a private single car garage with 2 additional outdoor parking spaces in the driveway, and is 4 levels inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There is no smoking and no pets permitted.
