If you are looking for breathtaking, panoramic views, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious floorplan, and a place where even fido can tag look no further! This light and bright condo located in Phase 5 of the Snowcreek community is the perfect location for your Mammoth Mountain getaway. The upstairs features vaulted ceilings with large windows framing the gorgeous mountain views, cozy gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and access to the large back deck with gas BBQ. Sit, relax and enjoy your morning coffee while taking it all in! The master bedroom downstairs has a California King bed, large flatscreen TV, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, and access to a large lower back deck. The walk-in closet has even been converted to a kids bunk room with 2 full sized Twin beds! The second bedroom upstairs has a King bed, (with Tempur-pedic mattress topper available), large flatscreen TV and access to the shared hallway bathroom. Additional features include a queen sofa bed in the living room for additional guests, private washer and dryer in the laundry room downstairs, and baby/dog gate installed at the top of the stairs. There is a private 1 car garage, with space in the driveway for 1 additional vehicle. The living room has high speed internet, cable TV, DVD player and family games. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 5 stairs to the unit, 2 levels inside, and no smoking is permitted.
