This upgraded 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is perfect for your large family get away with a spacious floorplan, and complete renovation. Redesigned upstairs to create a very spacious layout with a big open kitchen, dining room, main living room, master bedroom with private bath all upstairs! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking family gatherings, and dining room seating for 8. And then below, additional redesigning was done to allow for a roomier entry way, larger bedroom, and unique double bathroom with separate vanity area configuration. Custom barn door where the laundry is and energy efficient new windows throughout. Southwest facing corner unit with mountaintop views. The master bedroom features a King bed, flatscreen TV and private en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms downstairs come with a Queen bed in both the second and third bedrooms, with a euro-style bunk bed in the fourth bedroom (Twin on the top and a Double on the bottom) with an additional Twin bed. There are two full bathrooms downstairs with the additional separate vanity area. This home is well stocked, with a travel children’s pack n play and high chair provided to make travelling with littles that much easier.
Tucked away in the quiet corner of the complex and away from any main roads, but still just a one-minute walk to the red line free shuttle taking you to the Village, Main Lodge and runs to Snowcreek Athletic Club. A spa, sauna, and laundry facilities round out this mountainside, restful location. Great location with easy access to Mammoth Creek Park and the Town’s main shopping district off Old Mammoth Road. Less than a five-minute walk to the bowling alley and trail system.
All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 10 people, no smoking is permitted, one pet is permitted in this pet friendly home (additional pets must be approved). The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.
