This newly refurnished and upgraded 4 bedroom + loft, 4 bathroom townhome is perfect for your large group and is just a stones throw to the slopes at Eagle Lodge. You can even bring Fido along as it is also pet-friendly! The master bedroom features a King bed with a TV and DVD player. Has a private en-suite bathroom and private deck with breathtaking views. The second master bedroom features a King bed with TV, plus accessibility to a twin roll away bed and a ’pack n play’, perfect for littles, and a private en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features a Queen bed with TV and DVD player. The fourth bedroom features a Queen bed and TV. Both lower level bedrooms have access to a shared balcony and a full bathroom. The loft has two sets of bunk beds both with 2 twins, for a total of 4 twins, and a lounge area with sofa sleeper couch, flatscreen Smart TV with Roku and games.
Located on the back deck is a private hot tub for soaking after a long day of skiing or hiking and a gas BBQ grill. With a fully stocked kitchen, dining table for 8 and additional seating for 8, the open plan living kitchen level is great space for a family dinner. A private washer/dryer and gas fireplace are just more amenities to make your stay more comfortable. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
This townhome sleeps a maximum of 14 people, comes with a private single car garage with 2 additional outdoor parking spaces in the driveway, is 4 levels inside, and smoking is not permitted. All rooms (except loft) have cable TV and wi-fi internet throughout. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. The home is located with convenient access to the Mammoth Lakes Basin bike path, with a shuttle stop at the bottom of the private road and a short drive to the Village.
