Enjoy the convenience of location! This property is across the secret bridge to/ from The Village at Mammoth. Gondola to Canyon Lodge, shopping, restaurants, coffee, and more.. This luxurious large townhome is three levels. Lovely mountain views out of every window! Stylish and mountain chic designed to offer any large group a comfortable stay with loads of fun. Enjoy the convenience of having your own private game room with a wet bar (Billiards, shuffleboard, and ping pong table) inside your vacation rental. The living room offers two side- by side- smart TV’s for viewing pleasure, game table and the home has 2 gas fireplaces! Prepare meals in a gourmet kitchen and enjoy the expansive dining area with seating for 12. There are two King bedrooms on the lower level with a full bathroom, the remaining three bedrooms are on the upper third level. One bedroom with twin bunk beds, second bedroom with queen bunk beds and a shred full bath in between, and lastly the Master bedroom with a King, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Additional sleeping can be found in the game room by using the daybeds, or the living room bench daybeds. Private Washer and dryer in laundry room and a propane BBQ on the deck gives you all the amenities needed. This unit sleeps a maximum of 14 people and comes with 3 parking permits. This home is a 3 story townhome with approx. 25 steps to the front entrance. Val D’isere’s complex offers an on-site spa, sauna, and seasonal swimming pool. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. PLEASE NOTE: The complex community amenities are currently under construction and unavailable for access, with no estimated time of re-opening. This includes the pool, hot tub, common area laundry facilities and recreation room. During summer months there will be active construction activity in this area, which may cause some noise disruption and vehicle activity. We apologize for any inconvenience.
