Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • BARBECUE AND POOL AREA
  • Barbecue Hours: 11am – 9pm
  • Pool Hours: 9am – 9pm
  • Quiet Lap Swimming and Aquacise Only: 6:00am–7:30am
  • • Obey all posted pool rules, which include NO GLASS in pool area, no amplified
  • music, no running/diving, Hawaii State pool rules, etc.
  • • No one may enter pool area outside of posted pool hours.
  • • The pool is for the exclusive use of condo occupants and guests.
  • • If you move lounge chairs, please put them back when you are done.
  • • Alcoholic beverages may be consumed by those of legal age in the barbecue area
  • only, and not in any of the other common areas.
  • PARKING AREAS
  • • Park your car in the space designated for your unit. All parking spaces are
  • reserved. Guest parking is out on the street.
  • • Loading zone by office has a 10 minute limit
  • • No skateboarding, ball playing, frisbee, riding of bicycles, etc. in parking lot.
  • OCCUPANCY
  • • Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am **No excessive noise of any kind.**
  • • Please register with the front office within 24 hours of your arrival. If the office
  • is closed, registration forms are on the desk outside the office.
  • • No surfboards, windsurfing equipment, or mattresses are permitted on the
  • lanais. No towels or laundry may be draped over the railing.
  • • Grocery carts are to be used only between 8:00am and 10:00pm and must be
  • returned to the ground floor area in front of stairwell #1
  • • Feeding of the Koi fish is prohibited. Feeding of stray cats is prohibited.
  • TRASH
  • • PLEASE use a garbage bag and tie it shut. No loose items in the trash chutes.
  • • Leave no trash, boxes, glass, recyclables, etc., in the upper floor trash rooms.
  • • Recycling cans are available in the parking lot near the dumpsters.
  • SMOKING
  • Island Sands is a non-smoking property. No smoking is allowed in
  • individual units, on lanais, or in any common areas, except in the designated
  • smoking area on the far side of the pool area near the hedge.
