This unique canal front home in historic Jamaica Beach, one of Galveston’s premier communities on the West end of the island. This home can accommodate up to 8 people with two queen beds, and two twin beds (two twins are a trundle bed, where lower twin can be raised up evenly with other twin to make a king bed) and a queen sleeper sofa. The home also has a stackable washer and dryer. From the spacious deck, you can enjoy early morning views of the canal, sunrise, and ample seating for your guests. The property has access to Jamaica Beach swimming pool (small fee per person, collected at the pool), community park and marina access in Jamaica Beach. The canal is only one turn and you are out to the Galveston Bay! Fully stocked home, large kitchen, under the home has a good shady area with fish cleaning station. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Guest will receive a Rental Agreement via email after payment is received. Guest must sign Rental Agreement and agree to terms. Guest must complete Guest Registration with names and ages of all guests. Guest must be 25 years old to rent this property and must provide valid ID at check-in. Check-in is 3 pm. Check-out is at 10 am. This is a non-smoking Vacation Rental. No parties or events are allowed. Parking is limited to designated areas.
