Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • -MUST BE 25 AND OLDER TO RENT.
  • -MAX 2 Parking Passes per reservation.
  • -No Motorcycles or trailers allowed on property.
  • -NO PETS ALLOWED: There will be a $250.00 fee for guests bringing pets into the unit and immediate eviction with no refund.
  • -NO SMOKING: There will be a $250.00 fee for any evidence of smoking in unit.
  • -Check-in is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM
  • -Large gatherings and parties not allowed.
  • -All guests are required to leave a MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card on file for incidentals. The card will be pre-authorized in the amount of $100.00 for stays of less than seven nights and $250 for stays of seven nights or longer. After a departure inspection confirms no damage has been done to your unit, this security deposit will be released within 5-7 days of departure. Cash deposits are accepted but are refunded via check that can take up to 4-6 weeks from departure. Monthly stays require a $250 security deposit.
