This oceanfront condo and resort has access to an indoor pool, lazy river, indoor / outdoor spa, & children’s pool as well as all the other amenities. In unit 553 you will find 1 Queen size bed, 2 Twin Beds and a Queen size sleeper sofa with a private balcony overlooking the pool, flat screen TV’s in the living room and bedroom, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, a full kitchen with a coffee maker, washer and dryer and internet access for your convenience. Free parking and linens will also be included in the rental. Make the most of your vacation by walking along our sandy beach or take a short drive to nearby attractions to go parasailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, kayaking, or jump on an adventure boat to go watch dolphins, sail, or go deep sea fishing. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- -MUST BE 21 AND OLDER TO RENT.
- -No Motorcycles or trailers allowed on property.
- -NO PETS ALLOWED: There will be a $250.00 fee for guests bringing pets into the unit and immediate eviction with no refund.
- -NO SMOKING: There will be a $250.00 fee for any evidence of smoking in unit.
- -Check-in is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM
- -Large gatherings and parties not allowed.
- -No Locals Permitted-including the following surrounding cities South Carolina-Atlantic Beach, Aynor, Briarcliffe Acres, Conway, Loris, Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach ,Little River ,Socastee, Bucksport, Garden City, Carolina Forest, Georgetown, Pawleys Island, Murrells Inlet, Andrews
- North Carolina- Calabash, Bolivia, Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle, Tabor City, Whiteville
- -All guests are required to leave a MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card on file for incidentals. The card will be pre-authorized in the amount of $100.00 for stays of less than seven nights and $250 for stays of seven nights or longer. After a departure inspection confirms no damage has been done to your unit, this security deposit will be released within 5-7 days of departure. Cash deposits are accepted but are refunded via check that can take up to 4-6 weeks from departure. Monthly stays require a $250 security deposit.
