The Neighborhood
Our traditional village " Exo Gonia" is very quiet and offers a panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the island of Anafi. "Exo Gonia" is located in the center of the island, below the village of Pyrgos which is 1,6 km away from our villas. In Pyrgos you may find super markets, bakery, shops, restaurants and coffee shops. One of the biggest supermarkets is "Denaxas" and it is located 2 km away from the villas. Furthermore, at 2.8 km away, lies the village of Kamari, one of the main tourist villages of the island with super markets, shops, restaurants, bars and one of the best organized beaches. Also another famous and well organised beach featuring beach bars is Perivolos, located 10,5 km away from the villa and about 15 minutes by car. The best night life on the island can be found in Fira which is the island's capital, 7 km from the villa .

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
