The Home

This home will comfortably sleep seven with three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a third-floor loft with day bed and private balcony. Spacious porches both screened and/or covered, second-level balconies and lush greenery throughout the back yard give a level of privacy unlike most homes in Seaside. The circular entry area leads to all three bedrooms on the first floor. Level Two is your living space for all your entertaining needs including a spacious kitchen, formal dining and grand living room with front and rear balcony access. Level Three offers your loft with a wet bar and ice maker midway for the ultimate convenience. There is also a laundry area, and it located in a closet under the stairs. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- On bookings made after May 6th, 2020 with a check-out date on or before March 31st, 2021*, guests may cancel up to 10 days before arrival and receive a full refund minus a $75 credit card processing fee. *Blackout dates: Stays taking place between December 20th and January 3rd do not qualify for 10-day cancellation.

House Rules
- RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- All rental and deposit monies will be forfeited and the Renter will be asked to vacate the Property immediately and or incur extra charges, for a breach of this Agreement, which includes but is not limited to failure to follow the rules below.
- 1. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in the Property or from the decks or balconies.
- 2. Pets are NOT allowed on the Property or on the site unless you are in one of our pre-approved pet-friendly homes.
- 3. Large parties or excessive noise are not allowed.
- 4. The number of people staying on the Property may not exceed the designated amount.
- 5. Do not have or use fireworks, firecrackers on the Property or on the site.
- 6. No furnishings or equipment from the Property may be taken out of the property or off-site.
- 7. No furnishings, equipment, any other items, or any other element of the property will be damaged.
- 8. Do not leave windows and doors open while the air conditioning is on, as this may cause the HVAC units to freeze up and not work properly.
- 9. All applicable laws, as well as association rules and covenants, must be observed.
- 10. The renter may not assign or sublease all or part of this Agreement and Property.
- 11. You must be 25 years or older to rent.
