This contemporary designed villa is located in the beautiful seaside town of Villefranche-sur-Mer between Nice and Monaco. This holiday villa is set on 3 levels and is situated in a quiet residential area located just above the town offering incredible views of the village and bay of Villefranche.
This modern home has been fully refurbished to high standards and offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully fitted gourmet kitchen, spacious dining and living area, a TV lounge, summer kitchen, and infinity pool. The villa gates open onto a large parking area for up to 4 cars with an incredible 180° panoramic sea view as the backdrop. As you park your car you walk down several stairs to arrive to the outdoor dining and summer kitchen area, just off the main floor with the kitchen and living room where there are large sliding glass doors that open onto spectacular uninterrupted views.
The interior spaces are bright with natural light, spacious and decorated to a high standard. Designed for contemporary comfort with hotel features and amenities in mind. With the kitchen, dining, and living areas opening onto the gardens and various balconies and terraces, this luxurious getaway really allows guests to live both indoors and outdoors. Moreover, there is a large TV lounge that can double as a playroom or additional bedroom on the bottom floor of the villa that offers a unique feature; a large glass window that looks directly into the pool.
This luxury villa offers an open living plan featuring a spacious and bright living and dining area. There are expansive glass windows and sliding glass doors throughout to better showcase the stunning sea views. There are numerous outdoor dining and lounge areas for relaxation and entertainment. In addition to the summer kitchen and outdoor dining area, there is a balcony off the main floor that looks out to the bay. There are 4 sun beds beside the pool and 3 additional sun beds below the pool area placed on a sandy part of the garden where the sand is imported each summer.
The large outdoor dining area off the kitchen can be shaded and is a wonderful area for al-fresco dining both night and day. In addition, all of the bedrooms have access to a terrace or balcony.
Rental price is inclusive of water, gas, and electricity consumption, weekly cleaning, bi-weekly linen and towel change, and the end of stay cleaning.
