This modern Provençal style home is situated only a 10 minute walk from the beautiful village of Valbonne, near Mougins and Antibes. The property has been completely refurbished and offers new, modern appliances.
This luxury villa offers an open living plan featuring a spacious living and dining room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. In addition, there is a mezzanine above the living room, perfect as an office or to curl up to read a good book. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 en suite bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, spacious terrace with outdoor dining up to 8 guests, a lovely pool area, and beautiful hillside views. There are two en suite bedrooms and a half bath on the main floor. The living area and the bedrooms on the main floor have air conditioning. On the ground floor there are two additional en suite bedrooms (without air conditioning).
The interior spaces are bright with natural light and are nicely decorated with carefully selected quality, Provençal furniture. With the living and dining room opening onto the main terrace, this peaceful getaway really allows guests to live both indoors and outdoors.
