Tybee Beach Club 123 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that’s within a few hundred feet of the Atlantic Ocean. This brand-new condo comfortably sleeps six people and comes fully furnished and decorated, making it ideal for any impromptu weekend getaway or scheduled summer vacation.
Although eating out is a staple of every Tybee Island getaway, you’ll love cooking in this condo’s well-equipped kitchen. It sports a full range, sink, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, all of which are made from sleek stainless steel. In addition to a two-tiered island that doubles as a bar, the kitchen includes tons of counter space, giving you plenty of room for preparing meals, hosting guests, or making drinks. When you stay at Tybee Beach Club 123, you’ll never need to hand-wash dishes. In addition to a dishwasher, the condo’s kitchen includes a coffee maker. We also include a full set of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware for your convenience.
The living room, which sits directly opposite the condo’s fully equipped kitchen, features a new sofa, lounge chair, a coffee table, and stylish end table. This small yet welcoming living room leads directly to your private balcony. Come out to the courtyard with green space by the shared pool deck as you enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, the view is impeccable! Although you’ll probably be spending most of your time at Tybee Island’s many retail outlets, restaurants, and natural attractions, you’ll undoubtedly find that this living area is a fine place to relax.
One bedroom has a king bed, while the other has a queen. Both bedroom suites include full-sized bathrooms with a toilet, sink, and shower. The queen bedroom has a combined shower-bathtub. The king bedroom has a full-sized dresser, a nightstand with drawers, and a closet. Its slightly smaller counterpart sports a beautiful mahogany armoire closet and a nightstand. Both bedrooms come equipped with flat-screen televisions with cable access. As mentioned above, Tybee Beach Club 123 is masterfully decorated to offer residents a cozy, homelike atmosphere — that of a home away from home, if you will. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room on the sofa bed.
Tybee Beach Club 123 includes an iron, ironing board, and a hairdryer. We also provide high-thread-count linens, comfortable towels, and extra pillows and blankets. Upon entry, the condominium building greets you with a spacious covered patio to keep you protected from the elements.
While this upscale Mid Beach condo includes a stacked washer and dryer, the building also has a no-cost private laundromat. As if it needs to be said, the facility includes hot water, heating and cooling, and a private entrance. If you feel like switching it up from the beach, head downstairs to enjoy the facility’s in-house pool. The resort style community also has access to an on-site restaurant for a quick bite.
This non-smoking building also offers high-speed WiFi access. Best of all, you won’t find any floors, rooms, nooks, or crannies with slow internet signal!
