Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - Rates quoted are for 10 guests. Though this home is best suited for a maximum of 10 adults, it can sleep up to 14 guests upon prior request for an extra charge per person per night. Please ask.
- - Located within a lovely private gated community on Puerto Vallarta’s south shore with steep streets and fabulous views.
- - Will need taxi/Uber or car rental to get around or take a steep walk to local beaches.Not suitable for bachelor parties and spring break groups.
- - As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
- - All noise and/or music shall be maintained at reasonable levels during the day to accommodate quiet enjoyment of neighbors and authorities. No excessive noise or amplified music is permitted between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- - For safety and security of the villa, guests and staff, no outside guests are permitted in the villa at any time.
- - A security deposit might be required after booking confirmation. (MX0162)
