Tristant 115, also known as Casita Vista Gigante (home with the giant view), boasts one of the most magnificent balcony views in either Mountain Village or Telluride.
This four-bedroom residence offers excellent ski access via funicular to the Village Bypass ski run, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, mountain views from every window, a private hot tub, a ski storage area, and a gym.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, a Keurig and a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, and a Big Green Egg grill on the deck off of the living space.
Flat-screen TVs are featured in the entertainment area as well as every bedroom. The primary suite has a king-size bed and an en suite bath with a steam shower and oversized jetted tub. The guest primary suite also has a king-size bed and a private bath with a glass steam shower. Additional guest rooms feature two twins each, en suite baths with a glass shower, and large balconies. There is also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on this level.
Located on the basement level, is a recently constructed gym with equipment and a TV and sound system.
