This spectacular property, built over a century ago for a Neapolitan princess, now offers vacationers their own private paradise in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. A recent comprehensive renovation has raised it to modern standards, although the villa still displays some of the original pieces of decor. With multiple levels and high, vaulted ceilings, residents will be struck by a pervasive sense of grandeur.
Several of the six beautifully appointed bedrooms offer direct access to various terraces, and each has its own panoramic vista of the Mediterranean. Three of them are separate from the main villa. One is a poolside suite with its own kitchenette, another occupies a tower that’s over 1,000 years old, and at the lowest point of the property is the beachfront suite, so named because it sits just 38 steps from Praia beach, which affords public bathing and an excellent seaside restaurant.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner.</p>
