Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- • There is a max number of guests allowed on the premises. This is listed on the rental agreement. Large gatherings are not permitted. Please check with the office if you have any questions.
- • There is a max number of vehicles allowed to park on the premises. This is listed on the rental agreement.
- • All guests must follow the noise ordinance which starts at 10 pm until 7 am.
- • Smoking not allowed
- • Trash days are posted at the property, please be sure to take the bins out the night before pick up.
- • Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am
- • Animals not permitted unless specified and approved
- • There are no special events allowed on the property
- • Air conditioning use: Do not turn AC unit below 70 degrees or it may freeze the unit
- • A rental agreement must be signed for the reservation
