This opulent, neo-classical villa was built in 1891 near Bellagio, the pearl of Lake Como. Its prime shoreside setting makes for absolute tranquility as well as proximity to the town center. The property continues to display the passion for culture and style assembled by four generations of the same family. Its unique botanical gardens and sophisticated collectibles have transformed the villa into both a magnificent holiday retreat and a living museum.
Spread over three floors, the villa’s interiors are characterized by typical Italian 19th- and 20th-century furniture and paintings, as well as many objects collected from all over the world. Recent refurbishing has added exceptional levels of comfort. Sleeping quarters include 10 bedroom suites as well as a detached guesthouse intended for up to six members of staff, each of which offers an en-suite bathroom.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner.</p>
