This custom built three story home is located directly on the beach in Indian Shores.

Important to note: This property is not conducive for small children due to stairs



The interior features gorgeous hardwood floors throughout and an impressive open staircase as well as three very comfortable bedroom suites, each with its own full bath and private sitting areas.



The first floor features the first bedroom with a private beachfront patio and a separate entrance (from the main house).

The second floor has a large comfortable living room and a spacious dining room with seating for six. The living room is spacious and well-furnished and has a fireplace.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • • There is a max number of guests allowed on the premises. This is listed on the rental agreement. Large gatherings are not permitted. Please check with the office if you have any questions.
  • • There is a max number of vehicles allowed to park on the premises. This is listed on the rental agreement.
  • • All guests must follow the noise ordinance which starts at 10 pm until 7 am.
  • • Smoking not allowed
  • • Trash days are posted at the property, please be sure to take the bins out the night before pick up.
  • • Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am
  • • Animals not permitted unless specified and approved
  • • There are no special events allowed on the property
  • • Air conditioning use: Do not turn AC unit below 70 degrees or it may freeze the unit
  • • A rental agreement must be signed for the reservation
