This elegant, spacious and charming flat is located in Sestiere Castello, only 450 meters from Saint-Mark's Square, and offers a lovely view over San Zaccaria church. The street entrance of the building, a nicely restored 16th-century palace, has a front door opening onto the water, so you can get there directly by water taxi

The third-floor flat (reached by elevator) offers 130 square meters of space and can sleep four adults and two children. When entering the apartment, you are welcomed by shelves of books in several languages. The entrance corridor opens onto the spacious dining room, with a stunning view over San Zaccaria church. This room is perfectly designed to serve dinner for eight in elegant décor, with a great view, antique furniture and a beautiful Murano chandelier. The dining room opens into a modern and functional kitchen, on one side, and the elegant living room, on the other.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
  • On bookings made after May 6th, 2020 with a check-out date on or before March 31st, 2021*, guests may cancel up to 10 days before arrival and receive a full refund minus a $75 credit card processing fee. *Blackout dates: Stays taking place between December 20th and January 3rd do not qualify for 10-day cancellation.
