The Home
Entirely private and set just a few steps from Long Bay Beach, the villa is a sprawling property that provides both privacy and opportunities for group gatherings. Wraparound balconies and terraces front the large heated pool at the main house, all with views over Long Bay Beach and the Caribbean. A few steps away from the pool, back terrace and separate jacuzzi are the soft white sands of Long Bay and the sparkling turquoise waters of the Caribbean.
The main house has three master bedroom suites, all with access to a balcony, a loft bunk room, as well as communal living areas that open to the expansive terrace and seaview deck. The upstairs grand master bedroom suite also has a jet tub. The separate dining pavilion can be open air or closed off and air conditioned. Various alfresco dining opportunities include a romantic shady grotto right on the beach.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner.
