Imagine a colonial estate on the sea, brushed by palm fronds and fragranced by tropical plants. Picture a sandy beach you don�t have to share and lounge chairs overlooking the Caribbean (and the kids as they paddleboard, kayak and snorkel the cove�s gentle waters). This is a seven-bedroom, seven-bath gem in Cayman�s South Sound community.
Twenty guests can gather at Tatenda. An oceanfront suite and garden-view bedroom share the main level with the open-concept great room, chef�s kitchen and oceanfront deck. On the second floor, three king-size suites all feature spectacular sea views and their own baths. Ascend the spiral stairs to the third floor, where a family suite sleeps three in a queen bed and two twins. Use the suite�s kitchenette to brew your coffee and enjoy it on the sun porch with views of the grounds and sea beyond.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
