Nestled only 300 meters from world-renowned Las Minitas beach, it’s no surprise that this gem of a property has mesmerizing ocean views. This exquisitely appointed villa is ready to cater to the desires of even the most demanding guests.
The residence offers seven cozy bedrooms which can accommodate up to 14 guests. The master and second, third and fourth bedrooms have king-size beds. Two other spacious bedrooms have two queen-size beds each, while the last bedroom has two full-size beds. All rooms are equipped with-air conditioning and their own TVs. A Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the house.
The traditional design lends an old-school charm to the residence, reminiscent of wooden Casa de Campo buildings from the old days. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner.</p>
